Seitz, C.TRAC will discuss the latest in IMB and show a live case study of
a state taxing agency using IMB barcoding for the past 2 years. You will
see samples from the mailing, where CONFIRM was used to track both First and
Standard Class Mail in conjunction with ACS to update files. Also you will
receive a light hearted educational look at 'How to Avoid Direct Mail Turkeys -
sharing some bloopers and blunders he has seen in recent years"
